TKA Alumnus Jennifer Wysong working at NY based Product Model Management

An alumnus from The King’s Academy class of 2008, Jennifer graduated from Point Park University with a Bachelor degree in Theater Arts in 2012. Since then she has been living and working in New York City. Presently she has just landed a job at Product Model Management. She is the new Assistant/ Agent in training to the youth print division, and works hand in hand with Take 3 Talent Agency. Both companies are top agencies in the fashion and television/film industries.

Joining us for our Audition Showcase at the end of October is TKA Alumni Tess Soltau and Matthew James Thomas.

Tess is currently on Broadway starring as Glinda in Wicked.  Tess made her Broadway debut playing Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family, followed by her role as Rapunzel in New York City’s Public Theatre production of Into the Woods.

After appearing on the London stage in Oliver, Fame and Whistle Down the Wind, British-born actor Matthew James Thomas moved to New York to appear in the original Broadway cast of Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark.

The King’s Academy’s Emma Percy accepted to Marymount Manhattan College

Miss Emma Percy, class of 2015, is continuing The King’s Academy’s long-standing tradition of placing its graduating seniors in the top collegiate theatre programs across the United States. Emma has been a part of The King’s Theatre Company’s production staff over the past three years working her way up to head lighting designer. She has technically designed light plots for both the black box productions as well as the main stage productions. Most recently her incredible work was seen in this past spring’s production of Aida. Emma has been accepted into the highly competitive theatre program of Marymount Manhattan College in New York City where she will be studying technical theatre.
